Description
The polyethylene spiral pipe, produced using the corrugated-spiral method, represents an advanced and more complex version of corrugated pipes. Due to the high weight and costs associated with molds and production line components in the traditional corrugated pipe manufacturing process, a novel method called the spiral production technique was developed. In this method, the profiles that form the double-walled structure of the pipe are made in a rectangular shape (smooth on both sides). Given the importance of optimizing the weight per unit length of the pipes and ensuring the competitiveness of the products in larger sizes (ranging from 800 to 2000 millimeters), the specialists at Luleh Novin introduced modifications to the profile shape of the pipe wall. These changes have led to a more optimized weight per unit length for double-walled pipes.
